Often times a shop may not go according to plan, but because I want to complete my shop, I may change a senario. It is important that I am honest and let my scheduler know exactly what was done on the shop. Often times, it has been acceptable and provides new senarios for future shops. This also, allows companies to have a different focal point for the shop. Companies need assistance with providing top notch service and customer satisfaction.
