They have definitely benefited me. I have only been doing mystery shopping for the past 6 months, but these tips on report writing are fabulous! I had trouble with "staying objective" (tip 3) and "Describe the actions not the feelings" (tip 7), but after reading this thread I have been able to grasp the meaning and look forward to working on my next report with these comments in mind.
