		<description>Another thing that often happens with a company I work for is their system considers my entire state as &quot;my area&quot; so while the job may be there it&#039;s like 45+ miles away when I&#039;ve already stated in my profile 15miles is my max, actually I on average only go 10 miles. A suggestion I can offer is do a state wide search if your company has that feature and you may find the job(s) is still there just not as close as you&#039;d like, if you ask you might get some extra $$ for the mileage and earn some &quot;good karma points&quot; at the same time.</description>
