We spend a lot of time on the road, so an Auto Club membership or other roadside service plan provides great peace of mind. It is nice to know that someone will come running when you have car trouble or a flat tire, or just lock your keys in the car.
A digital voice recorder
A digital watch or stopwatch with a lap timer or split timer to capture several timings, one right after the other. Even many inexpensive digital watches have this feature.
